Progress!

Its been a while since our last post, but a lot has taken place in this time.  All of the HVAC, rough plumbing and electrical, insulation, roofing and all the related inspections are complete.  Today we started Sheetrock which will take a little over a week to complete, including mud, tape and texture.   After that, we begin interior finish work and then paint!

Windows!

While it does not look much different, a lot has been taking place. As you can see windows are in, but the the HVAC is complete, electrical is almost done, and the plumbing work is ongoing. We should have our 4-way inspection next week. Also the roofers are working on the backside of the house and that should be done next week.
